📋 Description

• Use qualitative, quantitative, and AI methods to analyse learning customization issues.
• Develop concise proposals for cross-functional evaluation and investment.
• Utilise generative AI and prompt engineering to prototype solutions and content outlines.
• Develop project and resourcing plans, including schemes of work for contractors.
• Build structures to project manage solutions and track launch readiness.
• Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as instructional designer or learning architect for adult learners.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• High creativity and innovation in learning solution design.
• Experience with prompt engineering for AI model interaction.
• Experience in enterprise or custom learning environments.
