📋 Description

• Provide a single point of contact for Delivery and Platform Excellence learning.
• Align with client strategy, OKRs and talent gaps.
• Design short- and long-term learning and certification plans.
• Advise on competency needs and support assessments.
• Build learning solutions and paths, leveraging internal/partner resources.
• Track learning progress and manage training requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HR consult/advisory leadership or ServiceNow lead role.
• Excellent consulting skills; partner with leaders to solve issues.
• Proven strategy development aligned to business goals.
• Trusted partner and coach to leaders and employees.
• Strong stakeholder management and project planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
