🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in learning experience design or related field.
- Proven experience designing learning for complex multi-product software environments.
- Demonstrated success building asynchronous learning programs at scale.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and assessment strategies.
- Experience creating role-based or persona-driven learning paths.
- Experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar).
