📋 Description

• Design and maintain scalable digital learning experiences.
• Create content across formats (eLearning, slides, labs, videos).
• Build multi-module learning paths via LMS and virtual platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Education Services.
• Analyze learner data to improve content quality and engagement.
• Support instructors with documentation and materials for delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Instructional design or learning experience design background.
• Experience with eLearning tools: Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia.
• Experience delivering self-paced and virtual instructor-led programs.
• Analyze learner and platform metrics to optimize courses and paths.
• Plan and manage learning projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts clearly.
