🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field; 10–12 years in content development
Deep understanding of adult learning theory (ADDIE/SAM) for complex modules
Strong editing/writing background ensuring technical accuracy and clarity
Experience partnering with SMEs to translate specs into content
Proficiency with LMS content management; SCORM/xAPI standards
