Senior Learning & Development Manager, Enterprise Capabilities

📋 Description

• Lead AIQ evolution to a multi-format AI literacy ecosystem.
• Run live AI demos, facilitate workshops, and advocate real-world AI usage at work.
• Build AI-powered tools and experiences using Claude and other AI solutions.
• Develop AI builds to advance L&D capabilities and tools (IDPs, AI coaching).
• Own Real Colors framework strategy woven into programs and onboarding.
• Manage the intake and triage process for onsite requests and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Learning & Development or enablement at a strategic level.
• Demonstrated AI practitioner experience: built tools or AI-powered experiences.
• Facilitation and coaching across executives, engineers, and global teams.
• Needs analysis to learning strategies with senior leadership buy-in.
• Data-driven: comfortable using data to identify gaps and guide decisions.
• People management experience is a strong plus; Rise/Confluence familiarity is a plus.
