  • Experience designing and building enterprise learning programs from the ground up.
  • Proven leadership development and manager enablement experience.
  • Active professional coaching certification (ICF ACC/PCC/MCC or equivalent).
  • Experience in matrixed or regulated environments (CRO, life sciences).
