π― Requirements

- 10+ years in L&D/Talent Development in a global environment.
- Experience designing and building enterprise learning programs from the ground up.
- Proven leadership development and manager enablement experience.
- Active professional coaching certification (ICF ACC/PCC/MCC or equivalent).
- Experience in matrixed or regulated environments (CRO, life sciences).
