🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, Business, or related field.
10+ years in L&D or Talent Development in a global environment.
Experience designing and building enterprise learning programs from scratch.
Experience delivering leadership development and manager enablement programs.
Active professional coaching certification (ICF ACC/PCC/MCC or EMCC).
Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or regulated environments; CRO or life sciences preferred.
