Senior Learning and Development Partner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of learning programs.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to design learning interventions.
• Support rollout of AI-enabled, engineering enablement, and role-based capability programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance courses are up to date globally.
• Create and localize engaging learning materials (facilitator guides, decks, e-modules).
• Apply instructional design principles to ensure clarity and learner engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related HR roles.
• Exposure to technical training or engineering-adjacent learning.
• Strong program ownership, instructional design, and learning delivery.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and learning operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment.
