  • 8โ€“10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related HR roles.
  • Exposure to technical training or engineering-adjacent learning.
  • Strong program ownership, instructional design, and learning delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and learning operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment.
