📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 90–100 donors and prospects.
• Develop tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans.
• Secure gifts of $25K+ across biodiversity science and conservation.
• Maintain moves management, forecasting, and pipeline in Tessitura.
• Deliver bespoke donor experiences to deepen engagement.
• Partner with scientists and program leads to align donor interests.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years frontline fundraising with $25K+ gifts.
• Proven success managing a major-donor portfolio and complex solicitations.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with high-profile donors.
• Experience designing bespoke donor engagements (tours, field visits, events).
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; multi-donor prioritization.
• Proficiency with fundraising CRMs (Tessitura preferred).
