π― Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, finance, engineering or quantitative field; MBA a plus.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, ops, programme management or partnerships in fintech/SaaS/B2B tech; payments a plus.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; drive projects from strategy to execution.
- Experience in advanced quantitative analysis and deriving insights.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and execution.
- Detail-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced Excel, Salesforce and BI tools.
