  • Own the strategy and growth of the Dojo Partner Programme across international markets.
  • Lead delivery of new partner propositions and incentives across UK&I.
  • Collaborate with Partner Management to translate partner needs into internal business cases.
  • Manage planning cadences and build cross-functional relationships to deliver initiatives.
  • Bridge Partnerships with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal.
  • Support leadership on partner acquisition and API integration strategy.
  • Measure partner GTM success using data to guide resource allocation.
  • Optimize tools to drive operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or quantitative field; MBA a plus.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, ops, programme management or partnerships in fintech/SaaS/B2B tech; payments a plus.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; drive projects from strategy to execution.
  • Experience in advanced quantitative analysis and deriving insights.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and execution.
  • Detail-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced Excel, Salesforce and BI tools.
