  • Bachelor's in business, finance, engineering; MBA a plus.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, business ops, sales ops or revenue ops in fintech/SaaS/B2B; payments experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales ops across channels (direct, partnerships, marketing).
  • Experience scaling sales channels in new markets (Spain or Italy).
  • Distinctive problem solving and analytics; drive projects from strategy to execution.
  • Advanced quantitative analysis and actionable insights; leadership across the organization.
