  • Hands-on Workday HCM: reports, calculated fields, data quality.
  • Experience with Qualtrics and Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar.
  • Curiosity with AI tools incl. LLMs and Copilot to improve analytics.
  • Ability to lead multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
