📋 Description

  • Administer medical insurance, pension, and welfare schemes end-to-end.
  • Coordinate occupational health, WIBA compliance, and DOSH reporting.
  • Manage wellness partnerships, health campaigns, and mobility support.
  • Support international assignments, visas, and mobility operations.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, SLAs, and PO/invoice tracking.
  • Provide reporting and dashboards to improve service.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or HRSS.
  • Experience with employee benefits, OH coordination, or global mobility.
  • Knowledge of Kenyan labor law, WIBA 2007, and DOSH.
  • Degree in HR, Law, Business Admin, or Psychology; Master’s/HR cert preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to use HR data to improve operations.
  • Experience in multi-country environments is a plus.
