🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or HRSS.
- Experience with employee benefits, OH coordination, or global mobility.
- Knowledge of Kenyan labor law, WIBA 2007, and DOSH.
- Degree in HR, Law, Business Admin, or Psychology; Master’s/HR cert preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to use HR data to improve operations.
- Experience in multi-country environments is a plus.
