📋 Description

  • Role focuses on daily benefits admin, wellness, and mobility ops.
  • Supports Global Mobility & Benefits Manager.
  • Ensures compliant benefits admin and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborates with People Analytics and HR Systems teams.
  • Drives reporting, process improvement, and service excellence.
  • Reports to Shared Services Manager – Global Mobility & Benefits.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, BA, or related field.
  • Certified HR Practitioner in Kenya (CHRP(K)) and IHRM member.
  • 4–5 years in HR ops, benefits, mobility, shared services, or HR reporting.
  • Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws, WIBA 2007, and DOSH.
  • Experience with HRIS (HiBob) and Freshservice.
  • Excel, data analysis, and ERP (MS Dynamics) skills.
