- Oversee day-to-day HR Shared Services across the lifecycle.
- Coordinate workload, prioritisation, and operational follow-through.
- Establish and maintain service routines, standards, and handoffs.
- Track and report KPIs including SLA adherence and turnaround times.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely case closure.
- Partner with People Partners, TA, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HRIS for seamless ops.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in HRM or related field.
- CHRP(K) certification and IHRM membership.
- 4โ5 years in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with HR records, contracts, payroll coordination, offboarding.
- Experience in fast-paced or multi-country environments (advantage).
- Experience using HRIS such as HiBob or equivalent; Freshservice is a plus.
