๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Oversee day-to-day HR Shared Services across the lifecycle.
  • Coordinate workload, prioritisation, and operational follow-through.
  • Establish and maintain service routines, standards, and handoffs.
  • Track and report KPIs including SLA adherence and turnaround times.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely case closure.
  • Partner with People Partners, TA, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HRIS for seamless ops.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HRM or related field.
  • CHRP(K) certification and IHRM membership.
  • 4โ€“5 years in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HR records, contracts, payroll coordination, offboarding.
  • Experience in fast-paced or multi-country environments (advantage).
  • Experience using HRIS such as HiBob or equivalent; Freshservice is a plus.
