Senior Lead, Enterprise Master Data

📋 Description

• Define and evolve the master data governance strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish and govern customer master data aligned to order-to-cash with ownership models.
• Establish and enforce data standards and decision frameworks across PLM, ERP, CRM.
• Drive a single source of truth strategy across systems and processes.
• Own and optimize master data lifecycle, data quality, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, SOPs, and ISO standards for audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain; 8+ years in MDM or Data Governance.
• Strong knowledge of material, vendor, and customer master data and related transactions.
• Experience designing governance and change management in regulated/GxP environments.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM/PLM integrations; SQL, Snowflake; Excel; Tableau/Power BI.
• Lead through influence across functions: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, IT.
• Strong analytical and execution skills in fast-paced environments.
