🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years building and tuning distributed systems.
- 2+ years managing engineers directly.
- Proficiency in C++, Rust, or Go; strong C++ systems background a plus.
- Durability, availability, and performance tradeoffs; experience with replication, consensus, and storage engines.
- Customer-obsessed; experience handling complex incidents and delivering outcomes.
- Mentoring engineers and building high-engagement teams.
