- Serve as primary compliance advisor for Chime Enterprise B2B/B2C products and initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Ops, and bank partners to identify early compliance needs.
- Review and approve product collateral, disclosures, and marketing materials; build scalable reviews.
- Lead compliance readiness for new product launches; identify regulatory risks and mitigation strategies.
- Drive cross-functional compliance initiatives, remediation, and program enhancements.
- Develop, implement, and enhance procedures, controls, governance, metrics, and reporting.
π― Requirements
- 9+ years of consumer compliance experience in fintech, banking, or related regulated environments.
- 7+ years providing compliance advisory support.
- Deep expertise across UDAAP, Regulation E, Regulation Z, ECOA/Reg B, FCRA, Regulation DD, BSA, and state regs.
- Experience guiding product design, development, launch, and marketing review.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.
