Senior / Lead Algorithm Engineer, Overseas Growth

📋 Description

• Build ML systems to optimize paid ads and user targeting.
• Design end-to-end models for CPA/ROAS and LTV.
• Own technical direction; scale systems across 100+ countries.
• Develop real-time bidding and attribution pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Path to Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in growth algorithms, performance marketing, or UA.
• ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, LightGBM.
• Python and SQL; experience with Spark, Flink, or similar.
• Independent and able to drive 0→1 projects.
• Strong English communication; Chinese a plus.
• Preferred: fintech/crypto background.
