π― Requirements

- 5+ years in laser communications, optical systems, or spacecraft communications.
- Proven ability to take complex systems from concept to qualification and deployment.
- Hands-on electromechanical prototyping integrating optics, electronics, and mechanics.
- Deep understanding of optical subsystems, including PAT, modems, and photonic hardware.
- Excellent communication skills to drive decisions across engineering and programs.
