🎯 Requirements

4+ years estimating in commercial landscaping or civil sitework.
Experience on large-scale US projects ($500K-$1.5M+).
Proficiency with PlanSwift or similar takeoff software.
Strong ability to read architectural plans, specs, ASIs.
End-to-end bid process experience; post-award workflows.
Fluent English and remote work for a US-based contractor.
