Lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams across design phases.
Provide AutoCAD/Revit support for project documents.
Leverage resource groups for design and construction documents.
Assist PM with construction services including site visits and shop drawings.
Perform project code searches and analysis.
Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb teams.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in Architecture
Retail project experience strongly preferred
Architecture degree preferred; equivalent related experience considered
Revit skills
Knowledge of building codes
Ability to coordinate a full set of contract documents
