🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development
Experience leading a software development team
Mentorship and pair programming experience
Four-year degree or bootcamp/accelerator or extensive mentorship
Git/GitHub, Spring Boot, and Gradle/Maven experience
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud; Docker/Kubernetes
