• Push the limits on shards, nodes, and petabytes Elasticsearch can handle.
• Investigate performance and concurrency issues and propose solutions.
• Support our engineers with tougher problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
• Strong Java skills, core data structures, concurrency constructs, and newer language features.
• Deep technical proficiency in algorithms.
• Experience with complex, highly distributed systems.
• Ability to build and debug features with broad cross-machine impact.
• Own projects from design to delivery.
