Strong background in distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
Proficient in core Java; data structures and concurrency; newer features.
Deep proficiency in algorithms.
Experience with complex, highly distributed systems.
Ability to build and debug multi-machine features.
Own projects end-to-end, including design and collaboration.
