Collaborate with product/trading teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
Profile performance, tune the JVM, and debug production issues.
Develop and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years Java backend experience, preferably in trading/real-time systems.
Deep Java core internals, multithreading, memory models, GC.
GC-free/low-GC programming; sun.misc.Unsafe, direct buffers, mmap.
Familiar with Aeron, SBE, or low-latency messaging libraries.
Event-driven, fully deterministic systems; time-series DBs like ClickHouse.
