🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise infrastructure with storage architecture ownership.
- Deep expertise in SAN/NAS, object storage, and storage networking (iSCSI, FC, NVMe-oF).
- Proven virtualization experience (VMware, KVM, Proxmox, or Hyper-V).
- Hybrid cloud and data-tiering across on-prem and cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Experience architecting and maintaining large-scale, HA storage.
- Backup, DR, and data protection in complex environments.
