Senior IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable IT solutions for a remote, cloud-first setup.
• Own MDM, IdP/IAM, and core apps (Intune, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Design and improve endpoint and identity capabilities (device mgmt, compliance, SSO, CA, RBAC).
• Automate MDM, identity, and SaaS with PowerShell, Python, Bash, and APIs.
• Collaborate with IT Ops and teams to translate requirements into designs and rollout plans.
• Set standards for configuration, monitoring, and change management across endpoints, identity, and SaaS.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in IT systems engineering and admin with enterprise ownership.
• Hands-on with Microsoft identity/endpoint mgmt (Intune, Entra ID) on Windows/macOS.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom SaaS.
• Scripting/automation skills: PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations and handoffs.
• Strong communication and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
