Senior IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide operational support for Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain internal docs, knowledge articles, and procedures.
• Collaborate with first-level support for incidents and training.
• Work with Veeva Security on incident investigations.
• Support onboarding or rationalization of internal systems.
• Design, build, and maintain custom tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years administering enterprise IT systems (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tech quickly.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
