Senior IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide ops support for enterprise collaboration systems (Zoom, Google Workspace).
• Maintain internal docs, knowledge articles, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with first-level support for incident resolution and training.
• Coordinate with Security teams on incident investigations and security changes.
• Assist onboarding and rationalization of internal systems.
• Design, build, and maintain custom tooling and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years administering enterprise systems (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly.
• Strong analytical skills; translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
