Senior IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Architect and maintain enterprise infra across hybrid cloud, on‑prem, and SaaS.
• Lead systems architecture, identity, endpoints, collaboration, and enterprise services.
• Partner with IT Director to guide IT Ops and align infrastructure with business goals.
• Design and operate multi-cloud infra with identity integrations, compute workloads, and platform services.
• Lead lifecycle for enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms; secure config and policy enforcement.
• Develop IAM architecture including directory services, federation, authentication flows, and access controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IT experience, including 4+ years in a senior sysadmin role.
• Hands-on Windows Server and Linux in enterprise production.
• Strong hybrid cloud infra experience, notably AWS.
• Core infra: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Linux.
• Cloud & workplace platforms: AWS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, Defender.
• Automation: PowerShell/Bash/Python; ITSM tools (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira).
