📋 Description

• Provide global employee IT support across regions and time zones.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and connectivity.
• Deploy AI agents for ticket triage and first-response.
• Support onboarding and offboarding securely and smoothly.
• Manage device and asset lifecycle across devices.
• Administer core internal systems and SaaS apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT systems administration or internal IT operations.
• Experience supporting distributed, global teams across time zones.
• MacOS proficiency; solid Windows knowledge.
• MDM tools: Jamf and Intune.
• Okta (SSO, MFA) and Google Workspace administration.
• Administer SaaS platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Salesforce.
