- Provide global IT support across regions and time zones (AU, NZ, PH, UK)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, connectivity issues
- Deploy AI agents for ticket triage and first-response outside US hours

๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in IT systems administration or internal IT operations, ideally in SaaS/tech
- Experience supporting distributed global teams across multiple time zones (US, AU, PH)
- Deep proficiency with MacOS; solid Windows knowledge
- MDM tools experience (Jamf and Intune)
- Hands-on with Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle) and Google Workspace
- Experience administering Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving; document and fix
- Excellent written and verbal communication; support across levels
