🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years IT Support Engineer/Administrator experience.
- Degree in technical subject or industry standard certificates.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Azure, and JAMF.
- Mac and Windows OS in enterprise environment.
- Networking knowledge (Palo Alto, Aruba, Meraki).
- CrowdStrike experience with IT security focus.
