📋 Description

  • Provide advanced end-user support, resolving complex issues.
  • Troubleshoot network issues including connectivity and VPN.
  • Handle escalated tickets and mentor junior staff as needed.
  • Install, configure, and update hardware and software for users.
  • Diagnose LAN/WAN issues; manage routers, switches & firewalls.
  • Proactively monitor network performance to prevent downtime.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8 years in service desk/technical support with networking.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems: ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk.
  • Experience with monitoring tools: Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG.
  • Hands-on with network hardware: Cisco, Juniper.
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation.
