  • 3 years of helpdesk support and customer service.
  • Familiar with macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS.
  • Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
  • You love technology and delivering great customer service.
  • 3+ years of experience with Gsuite.
  • Familiar with Okta, Jira, and Slack.
