📋 Description

  • Act as the sole IT person in the UK for Motive’s expanding office
  • Manage asset lifecycle for end user laptops and office hardware
  • Diagnose, resolve, and escalate complex hardware, software, and network issues on Windows/macOS
  • Administer local network infrastructure (Meraki, Ubiquiti) and VPN endpoints
  • Provision user accounts and permissions for Google Workspace, VPN, Intune, Kandji
  • Stay current on IT service tools; manage endpoint tools (Kandji, Intune) in hybrid environments

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Tier 2 IT Support or similar escalation role
  • Strong troubleshooting in Windows and macOS; hardware labs and provisioning
  • Experience with Meraki network devices and ISP coordination
  • Admin Google Workspace and device mgmt tools (Intune, Kandji)
  • Certs: CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, JAMF, Kandji, InTune preferred
  • Hybrid/on-prem/cloud environments; endpoint security; JAMF/Kandji/Intune admin
