🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of 1st or 2nd line IT support
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or 2+ years practical IT experience
- MacOS UI and user-configurable settings proficiency
- Windows 10/11 Enterprise OS, Azure AD, and Intune administration familiarity
- Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and wired/wireless networks
- Experience with directory services (G Suite or Active Directory) and Apple Business Manager/DEP
