📋 Description

• Manage identity and access across Okta, Google Workspace, 1Password, and 40+ SaaS apps.
• Provision admin accounts, Okta apps, vault access, and tools like Heap, Gong.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues including passwords, MFA, and account lockouts.
• Resolve integration issues with Salesforce Connected Apps, Greenhouse SSO, and browsers.
• Support Mac users via Kandji MDM, hardware troubleshooting, and device setup.
• Create and maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years Okta administration (provisioning, user management, MFA)
• 3+ years Mac MDM support (Kandji, Jamf, or similar)
• 2+ years Jira administration (projects, permissions, workflows)
• 4+ years IT support with high-volume tickets (15+/day)
• Strong SaaS knowledge across identity and collaboration tools
• Excellent written communication for Slack-based support with non-technical users
• Proven ability to create clear technical documentation and runbooks
