- Manage device fleet (macOS/iOS/iPadOS) with Jamf, incl. patching and hardening
- Configure and secure SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Salesforce, Box) and integrations
- Administer cloud systems and services (AWS), ensuring uptime and security
- Serve as escalation point for complex issues in SaaS, device management, and identity systems
- Maintain a transparent SaaS inventory and document software requests

🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in IT systems engineering or security engineering
- Experience implementing NIST SP 800-171 and/or CMMC
- Hands-on Jamf experience managing macOS
- Experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and Box
- Experience managing Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) in cloud
- Scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
