Drive second-line risk oversight for technology risks, including KRI design and reporting.
Integrate IT risks into Adyen’s risk profile across domains with other risk teams.
Advise second-line teams on regulatory and privacy requirements; engage with external auditors.
Engage regulators to clarify Adyen’s IT resilience and governance.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in IT risk management in second line or tech risk consulting (Big 4).
Experience in IT risk evaluations, resilience, incident & business continuity, e.g. DORA.
Able to explain IT risks to engineers and business stakeholders.
Solid understanding of tech stack (hardware, software, networks, on-prem/cloud).
Innovative and flexible, capable of defining processes and automating where possible.
