Manage and optimize core SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira/Confluence).
Strengthen identity and access management practices (SSO, lifecycle, permissions).
Oversee endpoint management and device lifecycle (MacOS/Windows).
Support IT security initiatives and audits.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years IT experience with team leadership.
Hands-on endpoint management (MacOS/Windows).
SaaS administration: Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence.
Identity and access management experience.
Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is desirable.
