Senior IT Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Envision and execute IT strategy to scale Aircall’s IT ops.
• Lead and scale IT staff across New York, Paris, SF, and Seattle.
• Provide technical leadership; escalate complex issues and trends.
• Optimize global support ticket process with data-driven improvements.
• Maintain hands-on support; resolve internal tickets when needed.
• Design scalable onboarding/offboarding workflows and IAM.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years managing and scaling IT ops and teams.
• Strong IT security expertise.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, and Zoom.
• Experience optimizing IT processes and managing IT support teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
