📋 Description

• Senior regional IT operations owner in London: onboarding, offboarding, access, assets.
• Reliable point of contact for international Vantans across time zones with the global EE team.
• Define and evolve IT policies and standards focused on security, usability, scalability.
• Design repeatable, well-documented operational workflows aligned with security.
• Manage installations, upgrades, configurations for company-owned devices, mainly macOS.
• Partner cross-functionally with People, Security, Workplace to deliver improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, confident communication; translate complex tech into actionable guidance.
• Customer-service mindset with reliable execution.
• Hands-on experience administering SaaS tools such as Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of identity and access management; Okta preferred.
• Comfortable with macOS environments and distributed device fleet; Jamf a plus.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency with responsible use.
