📋 Description

• Design and build AI-assisted workflows for IT, access, security, and ops.
• Use Zapier, n8n, APIs, and LLMs to eliminate repetitive work.
• Experiment with agents, automations, and monitoring for reliability.
• Continuously seek ways AI reduces cost, risk, and manual effort.
• Own access management and secure permissions for a global team.
• Handle day-to-day IT requests and serve as security escalation point.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on IT or systems background; remote-first experience preferred.
• Deep curiosity for AI, automation, and modern tooling.
• Scripting, working with APIs, and building real systems (not demos).
• Strong understanding of identity, access, and security fundamentals.
• Experience responding to impersonation, phishing, or domain abuse.
• Ability to explain risk and tradeoffs to non-technical leaders.
