Support enterprise IT infrastructure for performance, availability, and capacity.
Own day-to-day infra operations across servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and stakeholders to define infra requirements.
Support modernization initiatives, including data center optimization and cloud migration.
Serve as senior escalation point; perform root-cause analysis.
Provide hands-on L2/L3 support during critical initiatives and incidents.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or operations
Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or equivalent)
Solid understanding of Active Directory and identity services
