🎯 Requirements

  • Knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, Android
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, MS Office
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
  • VPN and network troubleshooting experience
