Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: order entry, pricing, delivery, billing, master data.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and define integrations (IDocs, API).
• Design SAP OTC modules; translate requirements into WRICEF specs and drive build/test/go-live.
• Drive integrations with external systems via IDoc/EDI/middleware; ensure data integrity.
• Provide post-go-live support: troubleshoot, root-cause analyses, corrective actions.
• Coordinate with master data, supply chain and logistics to govern OTC data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, or related.
• 6-8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; recent SAP S/4HANA.
• Full lifecycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred) and sustainment.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration: orders, pricing, deliveries, billing.
• Understanding of integration concepts; middleware tools (SAP CPI or equivalent).
• Translate business problems into functional specs; manage end-to-end delivery.
• Onsite 4 days/week at listed US locations.
