- Act as the SAP S/4HANA OTC lead: orders, pricing, delivery, billing.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and integrations (IDocs, middleware, API).
- Design and configure SAP OTC modules; create functional specs (WRICEF).
- Drive SAP integrations with external systems via IDoc/EDI/middleware; monitor interfaces.
- Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot and root-cause analyses.
- Work with master data, supply chain and logistics to govern data.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, or related field.
- 6–8 years SAP OTC/SD functional roles.
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
- Experience designing and supporting SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
- Onsite 4 days/week at one of listed locations.
- Strong integration concepts and middleware knowledge (IDoc types, CPI).
